Before we begin

A few useful answers.

Every order has its own requirements. Here is what helps us get started.

What should I send for a quotation?

Send reference images or a tech pack, estimated quantities by style and size, fabric preferences, artwork, destination and required date. We can identify missing details together.

Can you work with my own brand and designs?

Yes. Discuss your design, private-label, printing and packaging requirements with us. Artwork suitability and sample approvals are agreed before an order is placed.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the garment, fabric, colour, decoration and production route. We confirm the applicable minimum and pricing after reviewing your brief.

How long do sampling and delivery take?

Timelines depend on development work, material availability, approvals, order size and shipping method. We agree a schedule for your specific order.

Can I request recycled or organic materials?

Include the material and documentation you need in your brief. Availability and evidence are checked for the specific supplier and product before any certified-material claim is agreed.
